Data processing is carried out at your request and is necessary according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the stated purposes for appropriate processing and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the contractual relationship.
The personal data we collect for business processing will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention obligation and then deleted, unless we are obliged to store it for a longer period according to Article 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR due to tax and commercial law retention and documentation obligations, or you have consented to storage beyond this according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

3.3 Newsletter and Information About Our Services
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we process the email address you provide to send you regular information about our services, innovations in the field of AI, and relevant industry information.
The legal basis for processing data after registration for the newsletter is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR if consent has been given. If your email address was collected in connection with the sale of goods or services, we also use it in accordance with § 7 para. 3 UWG (German Unfair Competition Act) for electronic transmission of advertising for our own similar goods or services. You can object to the use of your email address at any time without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates.
For registration to our newsletter, we use the so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after your registration, we send you an email to the specified email address in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter. If you do not confirm your registration within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and automatically deleted after one month.
Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for achieving the purpose of its collection. Your email address will therefore be stored as long as the newsletter subscription is active. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link provided in each newsletter or by sending us a corresponding message.
